InstantReplay temporarily collects the following data to deliver its functionality:
Screenshots of your active browser tab.
Click locations and scroll positions.
Basic system information (browser type, operating system, window size).

Stored locally on your device.
Automatically deleted after 60 seconds unless explicitly saved.
Never transmitted to our servers unless you choose to publish a replay.
2. Data Storage
All captured data resides in your browser’s local storage.
Data older than 60 seconds is automatically deleted.
If Chrome becomes inactive, data is retained until storage reaches 90% capacity to ensure smooth performance.
3. Data Sharing
Data sharing occurs only when you explicitly choose to share.
By clicking the "Publish" button, replay data is uploaded to Vercel’s servers.
Published replays are hosted at a unique URL, which you control.
InstantReplay does not sell or share your data with any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
When replays are published:
Data is uploaded to Vercel for hosting.
The replay becomes publicly accessible via a unique URL.
Vercel’s Privacy Policy applies to hosted replays.
5. Your Rights
As an InstantReplay user, you have control over your data:
Start or stop the extension as needed.
Delete all data by clearing your browser’s local storage.
Prevent replay sharing by not publishing URLs.
6. Security and Compliance
InstantReplay prioritizes data security:
Captured data is processed and stored locally to avoid unauthorized access.
No sensitive information, such as passwords or personal data, is captured.
Our practices comply with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
